Fully customized washing. Gorenje washing machines offer the option to choose the washing method best suited to your needs. If you tend to use the conventional washing programmes (cotton, synthetics, mix, delicate, woollens), you may choose between four different modes. NormalCARE, EcoCARE, TimeCARE, and AllergyCARE are optimized to allow excellent washing result and perfect laundry care.
TotalWeight control – Automatic recognition of laundry weight
Using a weight sensor, the washing machine automatically adjusts the washing programme to the actual amount of laundry in the drum. On top of saving on water and power, it is quieter as well.
SpaDrum – Wellness for your laundry
Innovatively designed drum interior made of stainless steel is completely adjusted to efficient motion of the laundry during the washing process.
SoftSound operation, user-friendly acoustic signals
In addition to exquisite design, Gorenje washing machines feature a pleasing sound. Beeps and high quality speakers make use of a washing machine even more enjoyable. Particular attention is given to programs and motion selector function buttons, detergent dispenser and the door.

Washing at lower temperatures with non-aggressive environmentally friendly detergents allows the bacteria lurking in the washing machine tub to develop. These bacteria can cause laundry that may have been normally washed and dried to emit an unpleasant odour as soon as it comes into contact with moisture. SterilTub program will make sure your washing machine interior is impeccably clean to allow the best care of your laundry.
QuickWet: intensive soaking system
Extremely fast laundry wetting and shorter programme duration. QuickWet intensive soaking system allows introducing water, combined with the detergent, into the drum simultaneously from the bottom and the top of the drum. Thus, the laundry is soaked sooner and washing programme is shorter which saves power.

Detergent Saving System (DSS)
Gorenje washing machines feature a special, environmentally friendly Eco system, which prevents the loss of detergent during water intake. This saves you up to 20 % on detergent costs and effectively protects the environment at the same time.
Machine stability during operation. Stability control system will make sure the load is distributed evenly in the drum. If the stability control sensor perceives an imbalance, drum rotation will be stopped to allow more even redistribution of the laundry.

For a small fee of $39.95 we can unpack the product, remove any rubbish, and connect the new appliance to existing power and/or plumbing (excludes integrated fridge / freezers, wall-mounted dryers, hot water systems, air-conditioners, cooking appliances, audio & visual products and dishwashers). We can also remove your old appliance, if required.

When you make an order, a member of our customer support team will contact you within 90 working minutes to provide an estimated time of delivery. Items that are in stock (in your state) are usually delivered the next business day.
The day before your item is due to be delivered, you will receive a text message confirming the delivery date. We will then give you a call on the morning of delivery to provide a 2 hour delivery window – and call again 30 minutes on approach.

All of our products come with full warranties from the manufacturer. This means you can enjoy all the benefits of buying a brand new item – except at a clearance price!
The warranty period will vary from 1 to 5 years, depending on the manufacturer.
We have a 7 day DOA (dead on arrival) policy, which means that you are entitled to a full refund or exchange if the product is mechanically defective within the first 7 days of purchase (confirmed by the manufacturer).
The Appliances Online Customer Experience Team is dedicated to helping you with any after sales requests. If your new purchase ever needs any technical attention during the warranty period, all you need to do is give us a call and we will take care of the rest.
Customer Care Plans are available for all products. Care Plans are only available at the time of purchase. If you have purchased a Care Plan, we will pay for the parts, labour and service fees (where applicable) if your product suffers a mechanical or electrical failure subject to the terms and conditions set out in our Customer Care Plan brochure.
A separate Customer Care Plan must be purchased for each product that you buy from us. Your tax invoice will specify the period of cover. Your Customer Care Plan starts at the expiration of the manufacturer’s warranty for your product.
