Service Call Request Form

Have an issue with a product that you bought from us, which is still under manufacturer warranty? Simply fill out the below form and we’ll help you organise a service call with the manufacturer, on your behalf.

The email address you used when placing your original order.
Look for a SO-xxxxx or ES-xxxxx number in the emails we sent you when you placed your order (anything sent from sales@homeclearance.com.au)
Look for the serial number (up to 9 characters) on the white sticker usually inside or at the back of the appliance.
