Drys well except Bedding
Bought this dryer as it seemed to have good ratings for a lower priced Heat Pump Dryer, and dont get me wrong for a standard load of clothes it does a great job, drys fairly fast too. But because the drum is quite small its a bit of a nightmare to dry any kind of bed sheets or Doona covers, they all just seem to roll into a ball within a couple of minutes of going in. This happens on every setting. Had I have known this I probably would've bought a different dryer.
Great pump dryer
This is my 2nd pump dryer. I have bought both from Appliances online. Great dryer. Love that I don’t need to empty the tank. My sheets don’t twist anymore either. Not noisy, and very easy to understand the options. Highly recommend.
broke within 2 months
Very disappointed with this dryer. It stopped working after only two months of normal use, which is completely unacceptable for a product of this type. The customer service experience was equally frustrating, as it took two weeks just to receive a response regarding a technician assessment then chasing up all third parties almost every day to get an answer. Being left without a working dryer for that length of time was highly inconvenient. Based on the poor product quality and slow after-sales support, I would recommend avoiding this item if possible and looking at alternative options.
