Lowest Energy Consumption
Billi’s unique energy reclaim systems recovers waste heat energy generated by chilling water and reuses the energy to preheat the boiling water, thereby saving energy. By considering composition and construction of each component to every unit Billi achieves Australia’s lowest carbon foot print. The Standby mode also conserves power by powering down after 2 hours of non use.

With a focus on space saving, Billi systems are often less than half the size of comparative products, allowing you to make the most of the available area, while offering the largest capacities available in the market.

Safety first
Billi’s SplashFree boiling water delivery electronically varies the water flow, slowing momentarily to eliminate splashing as the water first enters the cup. All Billi dispensers are supplied standard with a safety switch.

No cupboard ventilation required
The Billi B-4000 does not require cupboard ventilation or a cooling fan.

Adjustable chilled temperature
A simple adjustable control knob allows the chilled water temperature to be raised to 15 C or lowered to 6 C for perfectly chilled, quickly reached and maintained.

Water Supply
A single 15mm (1/2”) stop-tap with a male thread should be installed in an easily accessible position. Water supply must be microbiologically safe to drink, with a minimum dynamic water pressure of 250kPa to a maximum of 1200kPa.

Billi have partnered with globally recognised brand Pentair Everpure to create the most technologically advanced filtration for instant boiling and chilled filtered water systems. It removes sediment and chemicals, allows the flow of minerals through without scale build up and suppresses harmful bacteria in the water. Due to the unique FibredyneTM technology, our filters have a longer life, higher flow rate and lower pressure drop, leaving you with healthy fresh water. All Billi cartridges are certified by global public safety agency NSF International. Filter changes are made simple by our swing-change system and replacement cartridges are available online at Optional sub micron filters are available.

Every Billi drinking water appliance is manufactured under a certified quality control system. The Billi B-5000 model have been tested and comply with all required standards including: Watermark Licence Number 21525; Tested to; AS3498 and AS/NZS4020; Victorian Electrical Safety Act 1998 Approval Number CS100600V, AS/NZS ISO 9002; AS1428 Accessibility Design Requirements; Section J6 of the BCA; Certificate Number QEC 11627; C-Tick approved.

What, more than just free delivery? Yep, our delivery is not just free, it’s amazing in all kinds of ways. When we deliver (for large and bulky items) we’ll also:

– Greet you with a warm smile as you open your door to greet us
– Bring the appliance in, making sure to not mark or scratch your home (or the appliance)
– Unbox, take away the old packaging and put the appliance in a location of your choice
– For fridges, washers, dryers, and microwaves, we’ll also connect it up and get it working

During checkout, you’ll have the ability to select a day for delivery that best suits you. We’ll do our best to always meet that date, but will be in touch to arrange another if that date is not possible.

If you order a small product, it will be shipped using Australia post. You will be sent a tracking code once you order so you can track your delivery. When ordering a small product, feel free to put in your home or work address as the shipping address, depending on what’s easier for you.

Professional Installation

For all other products not mentioned above, installation is provided for an additional fee (available for selection on the product page) to be completed by our professional Winning Services installation team. Once again, just look for the installation option on the product page before you check out.

Free Removal

Yes, if you have no need for that old product we’ll happily take it off your hands. Not because we plan on taking it and reselling it, but because we’re just awesome people and would rather see it recycled safety 😃. Just make sure the old appliance is completely disconnected, and our drivers will throw it in the truck after we’ve delivered the new one.

Can you deliver to my area?

This depends on a couple of things, being if we have any stock available in your local area, and if we can actually deliver to your postcode. How much is delivery?

Glad you asked! Our professional delivery service which includes the taking away of your old appliance (if you need it) is completely FREE! Yes, you heard it right, along with our amazing deals and market leading prices we also don’t charge a cent for delivery.

How long will delivery take?

It depends on what product you purchase and where you’re located. When you add a product to your cart and checkout, you’ll be able to select your preferred delivery date which we’ll confirm for you once we process your order. If we cannot meet your ideal delivery date, we’ll be in touch to let you know what other dates are possible.

Can I schedule a specific delivery time?

Unfortunately, we are unable to schedule deliveries at specific times of the day. We will usually deliver during business hours, however, in some selected zones we deliver as early as 6:30 am and as late as 7:00 pm. On the day of delivery, you’ll receive a text message with a 2-hour delivery window.

Can you take my old appliance away?

Yes, we sure can, and just like our delivery service, it’s completely FREE! Just let the driver know when they arrive you would like your old product removed.

Do you offer professional installation?

We offer free connection for refrigerators, washing machines (excluding washing machine pedestals) and microwaves as well as paid installation for harder to install products such as dishwashers, and cooking appliances. Look for the paid installation options on the product page, which appear right after you enter your postcode (located above the add to cart button).

Product Warranty

Although a clearance outlet all our products still come covered with the standard manufacturer’s warranty, meaning if you have a problem while still under warranty, we’ll be able to organise a service call for a technician to come out and have a look at it for you.

The warranty period will vary from 1 to 5 years, depending on the manufacturer and product.
