Instant boiling water or refreshing chilled water for the serious entertainer. The flagship of our Billi Home range, the B-6000 is perfect for entertaining. Its space-saving efficiency and elegant functional style are designed for high use and meet green building design principles, providing you with the ultimate in environmentally sensitive drinking water appliances.

Water perfectly chilled

Enjoy the convenience of being able to vary your chilled water temperature to suit your taste and the seasons. A simple adjustment allows you to raise the temperature to 15°C or lower it to 6°C for perfectly chilled, refreshing drinks, with your desired temperature being instantly reached and maintained.


Energy saving

There is no need to compromise your lifestyle to lessen your carbon footprint. The highly energy-efficient B–6000 has a range of energy saving operation modes combined with high performance insulation that will reduce your environmental impact and save on power bills.


High-tech filtration

Billi’s premium sub-micron filters ensure that all health-threatening pollutants and impurities such as sediment, chemicals, heavy metals, chlorine and pesticides are safely removed while fluorides are retained, leaving you with refreshingly clean drinking water, every time.


Instant boiling water

With the innovative Billi electronic temperature regulation system and precise temperature monitoring functions, your hot water will always be delivered as close to boiling point as possible. So you will never experience temperature drop off even during high use periods.


Dispenser swivel

The B-6000 dispenser incorporates a swivel function, allowing the dispenser to be swung out of the way if more sink space is required. A central position stop provides positive location during normal usage.

Childproof safety switch

Your Billi B-6000 is fitted with a childproof safety lock-out feature to protect against
accidental dispensing of boiling water and the risk of burns. Please refer to
page 7 to set up.

Standby mode

An energy saving Standby mode can be selected to activate after a period of non-use.
Once activated, the boiling water temperature can drop to 80°C and the chilled water temperature can rise to 15°C. A touch of either dispenser lever or button cancels the
standby and the B-6000 resumes its normal operating mode to deliver boiling or chilled
water. The time needed to elapse before the B-6000 enters this mode can be varied. During
Standby mode, the green moon and stars icon will be illuminated.

Time switch

Your Billi B-6000 incorporates an energy saving time switch. This function allows the
B-6000 to automatically turn ON and OFF at selected times. Individual days can be set to be active or non-active. The green lightning bolt indicates that the time switch is set.

Water delivery temperatures

The boiling and chilled water temperatures
can be adjusted to suit individual preferences.
Hot water temperature range: 80°C – 98.9°C
Cold water temperature range: 6°C – 20°C

Safety timeout

Your Billi B-6000 incorporates a water delivery Safety Timeout to prevent an uncontrolled flow of water. Water flow stops automatically after a set time interval. Flow can be started again by releasing and pressing the dispenser lever or button.

Boiling water timeout – 10 secs;
Chilled water – 1 minute.

XT version

The XT dispenser is operated with capacitive touch buttons. Red and blue buttons
indicate the boiling and chilled water. Red and blue buttons can be pressed and held for momentary dispensing or double tapped for continuous flow. Water will not flow if both buttons are held together.

Home Clearance uses the Appliances Online delivery network, which services most major Australian cities. This means that we use our own fleet of trucks for deliveries – maintaining an exceptional standard of service every step of the way.

We offer 2 delivery options:

1. FREE Delivery

We offer free delivery to most major Australian cities – please use our delivery calculator or call 1300 002 500 to see if your suburb qualifies.

Please note that ‘free delivery’ means that we will bring the product into your house, but will not unpack or connect.

2. Premium Delivery

For a small fee of $39.95 we can unpack the product, remove any rubbish, and connect the new appliance to existing power and/or plumbing (excludes integrated fridge / freezers, wall-mounted dryers, hot water systems, air-conditioners, cooking appliances, audio & visual products and dishwashers). We can also remove your old appliance, if required.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long will it take for my item to be delivered?

When you make an order, a member of our customer support team will contact you within 90 working minutes to provide an estimated time of delivery. Items that are in stock (in your state) are usually delivered the next business day.

The day before your item is due to be delivered, you will receive a text message confirming the delivery date. We will then give you a call on the morning of delivery to provide a 2 hour delivery window – and call again 30 minutes on approach.

Can I specify a time for delivery?

You can let us know what your preference for a delivery time is, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you where possible. Please contact us on: 1300 002 500 for more information.

Do you deliver on weekends?

We offer Saturday premium deliveries to the Sydney metro area for a small fee of $39.95. Please contact us on: 1300 002 500 to find out if your suburb is eligible.

Do you offer an installation service?

Yes, we can arrange for your new appliance to be installed by Handy Crew – our own team of fully licensed and accredited tradespeople. The advantage of using Handy Crew for your appliance installation is that you can rest assured you’re getting the best possible customer service and value for money.

Warranty Info

All of our products come with full warranties from the manufacturer. This means you can enjoy all the benefits of buying a brand new item – except at a clearance price!

The warranty period will vary from 1 to 5 years, depending on the manufacturer.

We have a 7 day DOA (dead on arrival) policy, which means that you are entitled to a full refund or exchange if the product is mechanically defective within the first 7 days of purchase (confirmed by the manufacturer).

The Appliances Online Customer Experience Team is dedicated to helping you with any after sales requests. If your new purchase ever needs any technical attention during the warranty period, all you need to do is give us a call and we will take care of the rest.

Customer Care Plan

Customer Care Plans are available for all products. Care Plans are only available at the time of purchase. If you have purchased a Care Plan, we will pay for the parts, labour and service fees (where applicable) if your product suffers a mechanical or electrical failure subject to the terms and conditions set out in our Customer Care Plan brochure.

A separate Customer Care Plan must be purchased for each product that you buy from us. Your tax invoice will specify the period of cover. Your Customer Care Plan starts at the expiration of the manufacturer’s warranty for your product.
