More Than Just Free Delivery
What, more than just free delivery? Yep, our delivery is not just free, it’s amazing in all kinds of ways. When we deliver (for large and bulky items) we’ll also:
– Greet you with a warm smile as you open your door to greet us
– Bring the appliance in, making sure to not mark or scratch your home (or the appliance
– Unbox, take away the old packaging, and put the appliance in a location of your choice
– For fridges, washers, dryers, and microwaves, we’ll also connect it up and get it working
During checkout, you’ll have the ability to select a day for delivery that best suits you. We’ll do our best to always meet that date, but will be in touch to arrange another if that date is not possible. Please note, purchase of clearance appliances (Cosmetic Imperfection, New Condition, Brand New Runout) can take extra time for delivery depending on where you’re located.
If you order a small product, it will be shipped using Australia post. You will be sent a tracking code once you order so you can track your delivery. When ordering a small product, feel free to put in your home or work address as the shipping address, depending on what’s easier for you.
For all other products not mentioned above, installation is provided for an additional fee (available for selection on the product page) to be completed by our professional Winning Services installation team. Once again, just look for the installation option on the product page before you check out.
Yes, if you have no need for that old product we’ll happily take it off your hands. Not because we plan on taking it and reselling it, but because we’re just awesome people and would rather see it recycled safety 😃. Just make sure the old appliance is completely disconnected, and our drivers will throw it in the truck after we’ve delivered the new one.

Can you deliver to my area?
There is a good chance we can deliver to your area, depending on the product you’re looking to buy. We deliver Brand New products to Australian metropolitan areas, as well as selected regional centres. If you’re after one of our Cosmetic Imperfection or New Condition products, delivery is currently only available to NSW.
How much is delivery?
Glad you asked! Our professional delivery service which includes the taking away of your old appliance (if you need it) is completely FREE! Yes you heard it right, along with our amazing deals and market leading prices we also don’t charge a cent for delivery.
How long will delivery take?
It depends on what product you purchase and where you’re located. When you add a product to your cart and checkout, you’ll be able to select your preferred delivery date which we’ll confirm for you once we process your order. If we cannot meet your ideal delivery date, we’ll be in touch to let you know what other dates are possible.

Can I schedule a specific delivery time?
Unfortunately, we are unable to schedule deliveries at specific times of the day. We will usually deliver during business hours, however in some selected zones we deliver as early as 6:30am and as late as 7:00pm. On the day of delivery, you’ll receive a text message with a 2 hour delivery window.
Can you take my old appliance away?
Yes we sure can, and just like our delivery service it’s completely FREE! Just let the driver know when they arrive you would like your old product removed.
Do you offer professional installation?
We offer free connection for refrigerators, washing machines (excluding washing machine pedestals) and microwaves as well as paid installation for harder to install products such as dishwashers, and cooking appliances. Look for the paid installation options on the product page, which appear right after you enter your postcode (located above the add to cart button).
